ABOUT US

The Northwest Havoc are a new independent team focused on developing players’ and young adults through high school. The mission of the team is to give each player the opportunity and tools to be successful within their High School career and onto the next level whether that may be in baseball, other sports, education, and/or adulthood. We aim to create a family atmosphere where loyalty, commitment, hard work, and accountability are paramount. We believe that first and foremost baseball should be about allowing young adults to have fun and enjoy playing the game. In present times there is already enough pressure that teenagers face on a daily basis outside of athletics, we want to create a team that focuses on why your child started playing baseball, to have fun! With that in mind we will ensure that there is structure within the program, and we will demand the utmost effort and accountability from each player while still giving them the opportunity to relax and perform at their highest level.

The Northwest Havoc will offer players a full fall/winter training program that will conclude at the end of February, just prior to high school baseball starting. Along with that there will be a out of state travel tournament at the conclusion of our fall/winter training program that will give players the ability to showcase the talents that they honed-in the offseason. We will take a break as a team during the high school baseball season to allow our players to commit themselves to their respective high school programs. At the conclusion of the high school baseball season, we will pick up again in full force. We aim to play between 50-60 games throughout the spring and summer. These will include a league as well as 7 additional tournaments between the middle of May and the end of July. Practices will be mixed in throughout the season depending on the schedule. There will also be the opportunity to play fall ball but that is something that will be decided once the team is set. We have secured the Graham Kapowsin HS baseball field for our season and it will be utilized for games and practices.

We understand that baseball may not be your child’s only sport, being a multisport athlete is something that we embrace and encourage, and it is our responsibility as a program focused on developing young adults to help foster those opportunities. We will work with each player and family to help balance these obligations in a way that is mutually beneficial.

In closing we understand that this is a very difficult economic time for everyone. In a time where it seems like everything in our lives is getting more expensive, the Northwest Havoc are committed to providing at least the same level of baseball, instruction, and exposure that your child is accustomed to at a below average cost. The cost for the 2022-2023 season for each player on the Northwest Havoc will be $1500. This includes all expenses, to include uniforms, we have put a great deal of research into ensuring that we will be able to deliver everything that we promise at that price.
